At E3 Endo, we want you to have full confidence in the equipment you purchase from us. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our warranty terms, repair costs, and how to get your equipment assessed.
Warranty Coverage
All E3 Endo equipment, Endo Motor, Ai-Pex, EQ-S, Bioclear Heater, and Bioclear Blaster, is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
✓ What's covered
- Manufacturing faults and defects
✕ What's not covered
- Physical damage or liquid immersion (identifiable on inspection)
- General wear and tear
Every reported fault is individually assessed by our team to determine warranty coverage.
If your equipment is within its 12-month warranty period and experiencing a fault, there is no charge for inspection or repair. If we find evidence of damage that voids the warranty (for example, a dropped or soaked unit), we'll always discuss this with you before doing anything further.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your equipment is outside the 12-month warranty period, we're still happy to assess and repair it for you.
Covers a full assessment of your equipment. This fee applies whenever a unit is sent in for assessment — whether or not you go ahead with the repair — as it covers our team's time.
Already have a good idea of what's wrong (for example, a cracked case on a unit that still works)? Get in touch before sending anything in — our team can often give you a rough cost estimate over the phone or from your Repair Request Form details, so you know what to expect.
Repair costs (in addition to the inspection fee)
| Product | Part | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Endo Motor | Case | $110 |
| Endo Motor | PCB | $350 |
| Endo Motor | Battery replacement | $80 |
| Ai-Pex | PCB | $250 |
| Ai-Pex | Battery replacement | $80 |
| EQ-S | Motor | $120 |
| EQ-S | Case | $80 |
| Bioclear Heater | PCB | $250 |
| Bioclear Blaster | Assessment & repair via our Handpiece Hotline specialist partner. Check the instruction manual (includes a troubleshooting section) first — if that doesn't resolve it, contact us. | TBC |
Repairs are typically completed within 2 weeks of us receiving your equipment. We'll contact you with the full cost (inspection fee plus any parts/labour above) before arranging return shipping.
If you decide not to proceed once we've been in touch with the total cost, the $150 inspection fee still applies, and we're unable to return the unit to you — it will be kept by E3 Endo. If cost is a concern, reach out before sending your equipment in and we'll help you understand what to expect first.
Loaner Units
For in-warranty repairs, we're happy to offer a loaner unit while yours is being assessed and repaired, subject to availability — just ask when you get in touch. This isn't available for out-of-warranty repairs.
Self-Repair Parts
Prefer to do it yourself? A range of replacement parts, including batteries, measuring wires, and Bioclear Blaster/HeatSync components, are available to purchase directly.
If you're not sure whether a part is self-installable or would prefer our team to handle the repair, see our repair pricing above or contact us for guidance.
