Pat Caldwell
Pat Caldwell is a registered specialist in Endodontics and currently works in private practice on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Maintaining close ties with the general dental community has allowed Pat to understand the challenges faced by dentists when performing endodontic procedures.
This insight led to the development of the Endospot Skills School, aimed at helping dentists build critical endodontic skills. The need for improved tools to support these skills inspired the creation of E3Endo, co-founded with Mark O’Sullivan.
Mark O’Sullivan
Mark is a registered specialist in Endodontics and currently practices in Newcastle, NSW. He and his colleagues have focused on conservative, restorative-based endodontics for over a decade.
His commitment to clinical excellence led him and Pat to partner with SS White, ensuring their teams had access to best-in-class endodontic tools. This mission to simplify endodontics for others became the foundation for E3Endo.
Moira Willimott
Moira is a Registered Nurse with over 28 years of experience across various medical specialties in NSW, QLD, and the UK. She brings warmth, care, and a strong clinical background to the E3Endo team.
Based in Randwick, Sydney, Moira enjoys family life with her husband, two children (aged 16 and 12), and their Cavoodle.
