Where We Ship From
All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $300.
Orders under $300 are shipped via Australia Post Express / Courier for a flat rate of $15.00.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of dispatch (not order date) and may vary depending on the carrier, service level, and your specific location:

Queensland (metro & regional): 1–3 business days
New South Wales / ACT: 2–4 business days
Victoria / South Australia: 3–5 business days
Western Australia / Tasmania / Northern Territory: 4–7 business days
Remote and rural areas: please allow an additional 2–3 business days on top of the above

Depending on your location and the size of your order, we ship using Australia Post, Aramex, or TNT. We select whichever carrier best services your delivery area.
