E3 Conserve S1 is designed for initial shaping of the root canal following coronal preparation with the SX file. The file progresses canal preparation apically while maintaining flexibility and control during shaping.

The E3 Conserve system utilises multiple tapers to support flexibility and efficient dentin cutting in specific canal zones while maintaining a maximum flute diameter of 0.8 mm. This design helps preserve pericervical dentin and reduces the risk of overpreparation.

E3 Conserve files are available in comparable sizes, lengths and tapers to the Dentsply ProTaper Gold™ and EdgeEndo EdgeTaper™ file systems, but without excessive coronal flare. Clinicians can therefore integrate the system into their current protocol without changing technique while maintaining predictable shaping results.
