E3 Conserve SX is designed for coronal shaping and orifice opening at the beginning of the shaping sequence. The file prepares the coronal third of the canal to create straight-line access and facilitate safe progression of subsequent shaping files.

The E3 Conserve system utilises multiple tapers to support flexibility and efficient dentin cutting in specific canal zones while maintaining a maximum flute diameter of 0.8 mm. This design helps preserve pericervical dentin and reduces the risk of overpreparation.

E3 Conserve files are available in comparable sizes, lengths and tapers to the Dentsply ProTaper Gold™ and EdgeEndo EdgeTaper™ file systems, but without excessive coronal flare. Clinicians can therefore integrate the system into their current protocol without changing technique while maintaining predictable shaping results.
